Madeleine of HF Roofs quoted me for a garage roof for my house renovation. Agreed 50% deposit with her. Paid deposit on 18082009. On 24082009, advised by Ronald at HF Roofs that 50% deposit is not suitable and I must pay the for all material. This is their policy. I was very unhappy about this but paid in order no to delay delivery. I then paid the other 50% on the 24082009.

After no delivery, I called Madeleine on Thursday 03092009, and she said she would sort it out. Friday 04092009, no delivery by midday so I went to HF Roofs. The materials were delivered that afternoon.

Monday 07092009, installation commenced. Installers were short of a piece of flashing and said they would complete work on Tuesday 08092009. No delivery by Thursday 10092009 and despite a number of calls we have been promised 'tomorrow' since then.

Today is 16082009 and work is still not complete and is holding up my builders work. I am extremely upset and don't think I am going to get the work completed now that they have their money.
