I requested a CD for a mailing fee of $1.99. In April and again in June, I was charged $75.77 on my credit card. I requested a refund and they told me I had to go to this website, [email protected]. All I got here were complaints about fraud and scams. All I want is my money back. I did not authorize this fee.
