I purchased all new appliances for my Kitchen except the Refriderator. Upon installation the over trim kit was damaged by the technician. They offered to replace the oven or just the trim kit, because of the expected expense to the organization I eleccted to just have the trim kit replaced. That was 10 months ago and still no replacement anything. Stay away from this organization they sell things at a discount but don't expect anything after the sale. They have gotten too large as all do and will be closing stores soon unless they change drastically the way they do business.
