i did not authorize a $57.61 charge to my credit card. i was charged $57.61 twice. i want a refund on both charges. i called and terminated my account. they said i could get a $40.00 refund on the telephone or i could send this complaint and get the full refund. i want a full refund on all charges to my credit card. thank you. deric
