We decided to go away for christmas and chose Hideaway as the website promised us so much.
We where told there would be a kids camp for 2 hours a day and my daughter was very excited as this would have been a good way to make friends.There was no kids camp much to my childs disapointment.
on the second day of our stay we smelt raw sewrage and discoverd that they where pumping the sewrage water from the septic tanks as they where full due to the rain right onto the grass
the smell was terrable and they where pumping it out onto the grass right by the chalets and where the kids have to walk to play. When we confronted the owner we where told that it was a pitty about the wind blowing the smell and that he would refund us if we hwere not happy about it as he had people on the waiting list he was not helpfull at all and showed no remorse about pumping sewrage on the grass, we left .
