I have placed an order 2 weeks ago. This order is still in Pending status, have sent them e-mails for an update via Hotmail, also via their website, have made 20 calls approx and not a reply. There is no customer service what so ever. I just hope these people are legal and don't misuse my bank details etc, , , it is scary and I want to voice this out and complaint, why not.
