Use extreme caution! My wife purchased a hairpiece from Hip Hats With Hair and was not satisfied with the product. When she returned it for repair she received an angry, rude, insulting call from the owner. My wife lost her hair from chemotherapy, and the owner actually said to her, "Well, there are worse things in life than a hairpiece that doesn't fit"! (Like cancer?...Unbelieveable!) When the piece was returned and still did not fit the owner of the company refused to honor her own refund policy, even hanging up on my wife when she was pushed to explain her decision. The website is misleading, the customer service atrocious, and better quality products are available for less money from your local salon. Stay far away from this company!
