I wanted you to know that I went to the Hiranyikara Spa today and had a really terrible experience. Their web site boasted a special promotion for a 4-hour spa treatment and I traveled a good distance to go there to enjoy it. But when I got there they said the treatment had to be ordered over the Internet. Please visit their web site: it says nothing of the kind. I asked if I could use their computer to go online and order it and they said no - they would not offer me the advertised price even if I went online. This place is dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. This saddens me because I have been to Thailand many times and have usually been treated well. I do believe patrons should be aware of this scam. Thanks.
