HIT Web Design, aka Heritage Web Design Reviews

MJDT April 9, 2010
I want to help others protect themselves from being robbed
I want to help others from being robbed for hundreds and in most cases, thousands of dollars by believing a company out of Provo, Utah -- HIT Web Design, aka Heritage Web Design, will provide you product and service.

Quick story, and you can call me if you want to learn more -- purchased two web sites, one for $ 399 and the other for $ 299. Purchased two blogs, a shopping cart, an extra web page, some hosting and two domain names (they will charge you $ 50 for $ 10 domains).

The total spent came to over $ 1, 600.

After a handful of missed meetings (the designers) to show me designs I finally verbalized I wanted to end the relationship. At this point, one site only was being worked on. I had a partial design, with some revisions still not made, and the back-end technology not yet done. Designers were not even concerned with missing the phone appointments they would set with me.

For that one partial design, HIT decided the price was everything I had paid them, even though there were two projects.

They showed my credit card company some screen shots of rough drafts and the credit card company said that was good enough for them. Be careful DISCOVER card holders. A hundred dollars, maybe was charged back to HIT and stuck. The rest of it was overturned and charged to me.

Now several months later...no websites. I told the company I would settle for the two blogs and shopping cart. They ignored me at first and then said I could get product if I PAID MORE MONEY.

I thought that a foolish move on my behalf.

The CEO never answers your emails. I don't even know who that man's name is to tell the truth. Phone calls are tedious waits and then people shut you down. They beat you over the head with "you signed the contract and must abide by the terms."

The terms were I agreed to get robbed?

That's a felony, I believe.

Call me if I can be of help. I'm just a citizen, a customer, who would have loved to have had great product, great service and written a glowing testimonial.

HIT is a bunch of bad people. Even there are some moral workers there aren't many of them. Most of them are thieves.

Don't trust them. I spoke to a Tennessee attorney who didn't get product and another person who lost significant money.

HIT will post lies about others because they are so comfortable deceiving, lying and stealing.

I suppose all consumers are lying and they aren't.

Know people like that?
