Do not use this company for web design or hosting. I have never been more unsatisfied with a business. They are very happy to take your money but as soon as you need to get somthing done, they are not available. I have so many compnaints I don't know where to begin. They started charging my bank account for a site that I had cancelled 6 months ago. I have not been able to get a refund from them. I have acquired several hours of free updates from them but getting this done is impossible. I have spent countless hours on hold and I often get disconnested while waiting. I am now in the process of moving my site to a different hosting compnay.
