We bought 1.2 tn Ace Cut Out Split airconditioners ( 2 units ) during April 2009, vide Invoice no 9 dt 18th April 2009, I'm wondering that Repeated Efforts for free Services / inspection ( Due within six months from date of purchase ) with franchisee M/s Concorde Aircoditioning System, Banglore & Hitachi Life Solutions through online complaints / mail follow up are failing miserably in getting appropriate response even after more than a year of purchase.
