I Purchased product from these guys through u-bid.com.
They shipped me a bad hard drive. I was beyond u-bid guarantee of returning in seven days when I discovered the product was faulty. But there was a 90 day warranty from hi-tech cafe. I contacted hi-tech cafe. they were in the midst of moving and asked me to wait until they finished moving and they would take care of me. They sent me and rma. I sent them the drive months ago. Now they refuse to replace the drive.

This all started within 6 weeks of original purchase.
