Extremely Rude people that do not provide any customer service. Maybe it was just the persons we did deal with but our experience is extremely bad. When you deal with them I recommend to take down names so that you later can trace back the people that tell you statements that are not trough. I will never travel with Hi-Tours Titan again and will not recommend them to my friends or anyone else. If you like to make a good holiday than go somewhere else. Avoid them at all cost !!!
