The website's owner name is Jack Chen. My boyfriend was trying to order UGG boots for my christmas gift on that site. It seems legitimate at the beginning. You can reigster, sign in and check your shipping status. I did some research ahead of time, did not see anything suspicious. When my bf finally placed an order, 2 weeks later, nothing... no tracking info. no shipping info. but the charge was processed... When I checked his online banking, found out the registered company called 24 hr outlet LTD who charged his credit card is registered in UK and was claimed to be fraud.. Although the Jack Chen guy emailed us back claiming the boots were shipped. But still no tracking #... We are trying to dispute the charge through our bank.

So please do not buy UGG boots on unofficial website which always offer much CHEAPER price than retailer's price. Don't ever believe that you can buy UGG at a really cheap price unless they are fake or scam like this.
