My friend and me braved the snowstrom of feb 10th and go to chinatown for a nice warming dinner. So we went to one of the most well lit places called the Honk Kong Golden Pheonix. The food we ordered was so bad that it made me want to throw up on the table. After barely touching our dinner when we asked for the bill, we were presented witha gross overcharged number with chinese letters written all over the bill, explaining nothing.

By that time we were so sick of the place and the food that we just wanted to get out of there. So we just paid the amount that was asked in the bill and were about to leave when this old manager comes running behind us and tells us tip the waiter. We tried telling him that we didnt like the food and didnt plan on returning upon which he became even more insistant that we pay a tip.
