I placed an order on july 6th 2004 for Gozu on DVD. The order was pending for about a week. When I emailed them the first time I didn’t get a reply. Same thing with the second time and the third, fourth, so on. A week later I get an email telling me that it’s shipped. On their home page they say it should take 1-2 days to ship, it took a week. So I waited some more. Finally today, July 16, ten days after I ordered, I got my DVD. If there was any type of communication I wouldn’t be so pissed but since they just let every go I will never do business again with these people.
