I ordered this grant CD on March 30 and it says I have to pay only the postage of $1.93 but when my bill came two charges appeared. The $1.93 postage on March 31 and $ 74.95 on April 10. I do not know what was the $74.95 surely this was an unauthorized charge that the company made. I tried to call up thie number which is 888-6628762 but it is not an existing number. HLD grant company should be penalized for this unauthorized transaction they made on my card. Can the FBI help catch this company?
