I bought a CD for 3.95 and I cancled it and they have taken $74.95 out of my account the last 3 months and I have called them 4 times so far and I get a different answer every time. Right now they owe my account $224.85 and I want it put back into my account. I got told it would be put into my accout 10 to 14 days from when I spoke with them on April 21, 2009 and then on May 6, 2009 the guy told me I haven't waited long enough but my money was suppose to be in my account that Friday at the latest that following Monday didn't happen. I talked to a lady on May 13, 2009 and she told me I would get my money but they had so many refunds to do it was going to take longer. I checked my account today on line and they had taken another$74.95 out of my account so I called them again and got told there was nothing they could do except write a report and send it to whoever is n charge. I want my money back. It is not right that you can cancle something and money keeps getting taken out of your account.
