We rented a car trough the internet via Transavia and pre-payed it at home with iDeal. Arriving at the desk of Holiday Cars at Gatwick Airport we found that they did not give us the car before we gave our creditcard.

We do not own a creditcard so we did not get our car. We pre-payed euro 234, 00 with iDeal. If we wanted another car we had to pay again for the rent of the car and an additional 250 pounds for surety.

We are furious because they do not give a refund of our pre-payed 234, 00 euros
