This is my sister and it is a shame that I have to write a complaint against her. For years she has been a terrible drug addict and turned her back on our family when the only thing any of us has tried to do was help her. Now she says she is clean and I finally found her again. I asked her for her help in just being a sister and now she has slandered me and constantly harasses me through email, phone calls, etc. I lost my son 2 years ago at hte age of 19 in an auto accident (a child she never knew) and sends me emails saying that I killed him. What kind of woman would do this, and especially to her little sister? I continue to ignore her but she continues. I don't know what authorities to complain to so this site is the best I could do.
