Dear Sir,
I would like to complain about the company who installed the alarm system in my studio.

The installation is not efficient and the after sales service was bad and at times rude. The system is now two years old. The system is still not fully operative and when asked to come and check the fault and remedy it, the staff have been unhelpful and ineffectual.

I would be grateful if I could get a constructive response from you about my predicament.
