Upon buying several products for the first time in CD-R King after 2 hours i was given substandard products. Have return the first one for replacement and was a given another nonfunctioning unit. On replacing it again after a long line again and harsh treatment from the saleslady, they wanted it to be replace by another substandard products. It is upon my investigation that aisde from the products that i am returning a lot of customer have been returning their products and yo'ull be pissed off and will just be contented of not returning the product. Another concern that is brougth into my attention is that they are selling electrical accessories which are patented for certain companies and don't have an electrical and fire safety compliance sticker. This is very sad as it may endanger the lives of many realizing that it is supposedly a legitimate business and proliferating in respectable malls. Customer service is also very poor. Many consumer don't bother to complain because the cause is only small but stripping you of your rigths is not something to be tolerated. Besides that it may result to fire and safety accident. I hope our government will be able to see this as well as other consumer protection organization. we just have to let them comply with standards and rules to prevent big untoward events. You can easily experience what i say by dropping in any of their branches.
