Diversity in the Valley
This is one of the most diverse businesses as there are all types of people both in the office and in the field. The staff in the office are organized and on top of their patients. There are quite a few businesses that hire "one" type of person to work for them but this company hires all kinds of staff to work for them. The owner is strict on her hiring practices and only hires experienced nurses and caregivers but patients seem to appreciate this. Not only does she have refreshments out on payday for us but she gives us nice gifts around the year whether it be for Nurse's week or holidays. She herself is a nurse which is better than most of the other agencies I have worked for where there are business people that own the company. Because she is a nurse she relates to her employees better and the patients get good care because she cares who is sent out to the home. They also pay the nurses very well and people are happy working here including me who has worked for 7+ other companies but prefer this one. I enjoy working with the multicultural staff in the office as they are all good people and there is no discrimination here at CCHN. I highly recommend this company for both patients and nurses who want to work in an atmosphere that hires all types of staff. Great atmosphere, great pay, great company!

bullying and unethical business practices
BBULLYING TACTICS AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES DONE BY THE OWNER
MARYANNE SAWOSKI AND STAFF OF CONTINUITY HOME CARE NURSES AT 12722 Riverside Dr. North Hollywood. Ca.
This is a complaint regarding the UNETHICAL AND BULLYING TACTICS done by the owner MARYANNE SAWOSKI who resorts to bullying tactics that include SLANDER, DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER, FALSE ACCUSATIONS, LIES, SPYING, GOSSIPING, INTIMIDATION, HARASSMENT, THREATS, CONDESCENDING, to name a few.
The owner likes to remind constantly that she is the owner and that any employee who works for her should be grateful that she is giving you a chance to work for her company and never lets you forget that she is the owner by saying
“ THIS IS MY BUSINESS”,
She also encourages her staff to perform unethical business conduct that includes spying, gossiping, making up false stories such as stealing files, using false equipment among others, , and slander .
Among her staff that she praises to do this type of unethical business practices include :
MARILOU LOCKWOOD, DORIS FRANKLIN, BELINDA ISKOWITZ, LILY ALONSO,
RICK DYBAS, VIOLETA ( CELY ) CRUZ, MARTY COLE, AND LYDIA JAP BUNANG RN, and LINDA GINSBURG RN These people are most unprofessional in business conduct and slanderize and fabricate stories and lies and spy on others as part of their job at CONTINUITY HOME CARE NURSES and allegiance to MARYANNE SAWOSKI RN, owner of CONTINUITY HOME CARE NURSES. in order to keep thier jobs and participating in unethical business and unprofessional conduct.
The atmosphere of the office is chaotic and disorganized and files and documentation is always misfiled or misplaced and not conducive to a good working environment because the majority of the time the employees are gossiping, fabricating stories and making false allegations and then reporting to Maryanne Sawoski and should be working and minding their own business.
The owner prides herself in being in business for 20 years now but at the expense of whom with all the bullying and unethical business practices done over the years?, Is that how her business has survived?
