After 18 months the door water and ice dispenser failed. We had a 3 year service warranty and after a week of listening to this unit clap and blink the service tech required another week to order parts. The refrigeration in the refrigerator section then failed and now we have a 1000 "ice box" to keep the food from spoiling. Now they say it will take 7 to 10 more days for the parts to be sent from the factory. We are irate and will never recommend this product. What good is a service contract if this is the best they can do?
