MY mother ordered carpet like 3 wks ago and we still do NOT have a delivery date or instalation date! she has been calling every day and they give her excuse after excuse for weeks now. There was nothing mentioned about waiting this long when she paid for everything! This is wrong and know one in any dept has answers for her! I will keep spreading the bad news to everyone I know, they do not deserve the buisness!!! NEVER buy carpet at home depot!
