Purchased washer-dryer for home depot on black friday order number - 1103-25264- went on 5 am to the store. Got it. Was very happy. Purchased on 25th November, credit card was charged on 26th November. was suppose to be delivered on 7th December. My dryer was not working a week before black friday, however, thought to wait to get good deal. 7th decembers did not sound good, but obviously did not have any option. Got phone call - delivery postponed till 21st Dec (14 DAYS LATE). Again, another voice mail - it can be delivered in mid January. Contacted home depot customer service/local store - if they can change the model - or help any way. Was told to cancel the order. did i order this washer/dryer on black friday at 5 am to cancel the order eventually? If I want washer/dryer in this price - I don't have any option than to wait. Would you have expected this from home depot? They are blaiming to company (LG) for the backlog - whom should i blame? I purchased the product thru Home depot, not thru LG.
