Your repair services
I went to the Sears repair site and followed instructions to make an appointment to have my dryer repaired. I was given (or I selected )the first open date available. I waited patiently an entire day because I was told the technician would be at my home between 8 am and 5 pm...NO ONE CAME OR CALLED TO CHANGE the appointment. Result: one whole day of my time WASTED. So I visited the Gautier MS Sears at Singing River Mall and told "Amber" in the appliances my problem, and she made another appointment with the promise that the technician would call me with a more specific appointment time...that did not happen...I called the number given me at the store to find out what happened...was given another date and was asked, "Morning or Afternoon"...I told her "Afternoon", But then, due to a family problem, I had to change the appointment, and was told that I would have to give up ANOTHER DAY 8AM TO 5 PM waiting on the technician. Today is that day...it is 20 min after 4 pm...and no phone call and no technician--ANOTHER DAMNED DAY WASTED!!! I am pissed off...and I plan to call a local appliance company and try to get my Kenmore Dryer repaired. In my personal opinion, I feel you have let a really good FORMER customer down. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS AGAIN IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS OF 25 YEARS!I
