Texas Home Electronics, Inc. is the worst alarm monitoring in Texas. The customer service is horrible, management does not value their customers, which reflects back to customer service. I would never recommend this alarm company to anyone. The response time to contact homeowners in an event that security is breach is over 10 minutes. Don't waste your time, money, or put your family at risk by using Texas Home Electronic, Inc.
