I have often wondered why this store is always so quiet and empty. Now I know why. The old sales lady behind the counter has got to be the most unpleasant unhelpful sales person in the industry. I went in there to look for items that i would need to purchase at a store in George. I wanted to make sure that what i saw in JHB, they would have in George. Even though she asked if she could help when i walked in, she wasn't interested in helping me with anything I asked. It was a mission for her to phone George, she even suggested that I take the store number and phone from my phone. She then wanted me to take down all the codes of the items when it could be simply explained over the phone. She reluctantly decided to phone the George store and asked themabout one item, didnt give me a chance to ask more questions and just put down the phone. The sales people at Mr Price home went out of their way to phone and help me. I will never venture into this Home etc store again.
