I have never been so disgusted by a business before. I clicked on the website after a great price came up for an item I had been looking for, the item was over $1500 so when I went to check out, I was prompted to call and get an even lower price, I should've know something was wrong then. When I called I spoke with a lady name Sheryl who emailed me a quote with a savings of almost $400! However, when I clicked on the link within this email, the price jumped to almost $1700!!! I was extremely frustrated so I called and was told someone would call me back! Two days later I called again and spoke with Lee (the founder's son) who claims to be the president but clearly this is only because he was born into it, this man has no business sense whatsoever and actually told me it's a mistake that happens several times a month, I explained to him that that was not acceptable and this man, the president of the company said to me well maybe I should buy from them because my expectations are too high and the quanlity will not be up to my standard and I would probably return it anyway!!! What idoit says that! Way to run a business Lee, you are right though, I will take my high expectations to a real company! A couple dollars in savings is definitely not worth it, stay far away from the idoit and his shady company!
