They are the wort business owners I have ever dealt with. They will tell you one thing and do another. Do not sign anything they put in front of you. It is my opinion they have poor business practices and have no morals. The economy is slow now and you should do better by using any other company instead of Home Improvement Services. The roofing job actually came out pretty darn good, it is just in how they sold it to me that was misleading. What ever you do make sure you read the fine print if you are dumb enough to get into bed with them. Since my roof has been installed I have called every day to talk to the owner Jeff Reyl and nobody has the common courtesy to call me back. I have left over 25 messages with no return call. They also dropped several nails in my pool that ruined the bottom leaving several large rust stains. BE CAREFUL, BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL! I will be filing a law suit against their insurance company to get my pool fixed as well.
