This company called me by telephone promoting their "Home Modification" business. I had been looking for a company for some time. After talking with them at great lengths I decided to start the process. I sent all the required information such as my income tax returns, bank statements, paycheck stubs, and a check for $2995.00. Signed documents at the beginning of May, and things seem to be moving along. On June 4, 2009 I called to make sure they got more info that they reqested by way of fax. All business numbers had a recording saying...you have reached a number that is disconnected or no longer in service. Now my money was gone, I didn't get a home modification, my situation with my lender has gotten very serious with lost of time working with these people. They possess every piece of my identity, social security number, where I live & work, bank statements, income tax returns, and paycheck stubs. This is a NIGHTMARE! So that is my complaint. No home modification, out of $2995.00, business that no longer exists who has all my personal information.
