We have had trouble with the system every since they installed it in july 2008. When we first start haveing trouble i spoke with a supervisor and informed her that if we continued to have problems that i would call and cancel the service. We continued to have problems and i called and was told that their was no way i could cancel the service i told them i would not continue to pay for something that i was not satisfied with i was then told they would continue to debit from my account, I then went back over my contract and also found that they set us up for more time then we agreed upon we agreed to do 12 months to give it a try and they entered for 36 months. I am getting no were with this people and I am very frustrated.
