I went to home usa warehouse on jan. 15, 2008 and paid 100 dollars to put a mattress and box spring on layaway and went back on feb 1 08 and they told me they where liquidating. No warning, no nothing with in 2 weeks. They are now shutting down they tell me that they have to wait for the court to return my money and i will get a check in the mail 4 weeks later well dumbly i trusted them, but kept my receipts and i have not received a dime back there number just rings and the customer service number has been disconnected. What am i suppose to do now just be out my money or is there some one i can contact? Plz advise smb!
