I had signed up on the web for GrantConsultant for a 30 day free trial. They sent me a CD and I refused it at it was sent back to them last week. T0day they charged my Sister's Debit account for 49.95 0r 49.99. How can I get them to refund immediately. I told her to put a hold on her Debit card and get a new one.
