My 7 year old grandson and I went to Home Depo, I made a purschase and put it in my trunk..needless to say I also locked my keys in there. I asked to use the phone, the CS rep saw that I did not get an ansewer. I asked for a spare peice of wire to try and pop the latch. He said we have no wire, no assistance was offered what so ever!!! After receiveing NO help from HOME DEPO, my grandson and I had to crossing RT 3 across six lanes of heavy traffic where there is no light or cross walk, then had to walk two more miles to get home to get my spare key, when a single peice of wire that I know home depo has would have helped woman and a child! The sales rep was rude, not helpful at all, , , when someone is spending their money in an establishment and has an emergency and help was refused ...this is not a store that I WILL EVER SPEND MONEY IN AGAIN!!! I will drive an extra 30 minutes to lowes.
