I requested a cleaner with experience and knowledge of cleaning for a long term position at our house. I also requested if I could interview the candidate before they start. On two occasions Homeclean sent someone unsuitable (the first cleaner had less than 2 months experience, which Homeclean denied and lied about, the second simply did not want to be interviewed and preferred 'small, easy' jobs - she did not want this job, these were her exact words) I tried to give Homeclean a third chance to introduce someone else, the manager Teresa Godbold, started to verbally abuse me simply because I had asked for someone with good knowledge and experience of cleaning. It was completely uncalled for. I had not said or done anything to upset them. They are totally UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR CLIENT'S NEEDS.
