Fax in a notice of cancellation but the mortgage company is saying they did not receive it and still they decided to pay off our mortgage, issue out checks, and plus they sold our mortgage to County Wide Mortgage. We have proof that they received the fax and we have an attorney but we cannot afford the fees to pursue this case to the end even though the attorney states that we have a good case because we have proof that they received the fax cancellation notice. Can someone out there help us.
