We ordered a complete school year package on 9/1/10. As of today (9/24/10) shipment is still pending. I called last week to find out what was taking so long had to leave a message. The person on the phone was rude and told me I was wrong. I told her that we order off the internet every week and hav enever had a company take so long to process and ship an order. She told me that I could not compare them to any other company an that I was being ridiculous! Obviously they do not compare to any other companies, I have never been treated so poorly and waited so long to receive a product, next year will find another company to order from and will attempt to cancel this order and get our money back. Wish I read teh other complaints before ordering!
