Escrow company was rude, argumentative, and NOT non bias. They truly were working for the Selling Agent. Provided a cancellation and they never created the final cancellation and after the Sellers agreed to return Buyers deposit in Full they tried to keep fees for processing HOA. After Seller agreed to pay these fees in the contract. Then, without completing cancellation of one escrow, they opened a NEW escrow for this same property.
