We have some paperwork that needed to be filled out in order to get short-term assistance with rent. The regional office refused to fill it out. Leaving two veterans possibly out of home and living on the streets. There is also a 16 year old in the home who is trying to find a job. One veteran has social anxiety so bad they cannot go out of house to find work. Other has bi-polar and works at home, but is not able to work full-time due to illness. Refusing to fill the paperwork out, means that they are refusing payment of rent, does not make any sense.
