I went to Honda City to get a new leased car. I specifically told Bruce, the salesman that I just paid my Dec lease payment 2 days prior, he said, "NO PROBLEM, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT". My old lease was up Feb 2010. So we talk, I also spoke with Mr Pepe, and an agreement was made as far as monthly payments. The next day I go back to pick-up my new lease, pay the reg/tx fee and get informed I also paid Dec lease payment. I say to Bruce there is a problem I now have paid 2 seperate lease payments in less than 5 days and only have 1 car, He says he will speak to the manager Wed and call me back, needless to say he never called me back, I called and spoke with "Kenny" says he was a manager, I ask they apply the x-tra patment to the new lease and he counter offers with, " after the winter why don't you come in and we will wax your car for free?" No thanks Kenny, I plan on to file a complaint with NYS Att General Office.
