I purchased a 1/4 Ham on April 15, 2005, while I was at the stop sign, I decided to open the wrapper to let it defrost some. Much to my surprise I noticed that the ham glaze had cracked off. I opened the packing and there were three-four layers missing off the top of the ham and on the lower portion as well. ( It was as if someone had torn off the pieces) Looking at the ham more intently, I notice that at the top ( below the glaze) was an irredicent color of green and silver. I turned around and went directly back to the store. The salesperson did not act surprised at all. She explained that they didn't have any more 1/4 hams and then asked for my credit card so that she can credit my account. Unbelieveable... No appology or anything. never again!!!
