On July 20th I called HoneyComb Salon by mistake. I got their voice message and took down their hours of operation. Still thinking it was the Salon I was trying to reach. Within a few minutes I received a txt message on my cell phone asking me who I was. I txted back that the caller should introduce themselves first since I didn't txt anyone. I got a series of txt messages filled with bad language telling me to F-off and so on. When I tell the person they must have the wrong number they tell me they are the owner of HoneyComb Salon!!! Which is a huge shock to me because I don't know of any bussiness owner that would txt message a customer and then curse them out without cause. I called the other number listed for the company and spoke with someone who also claimed to be the owner and she hung up in my face. Now it is my experience that if you are trying to make money and become a respectable bussiness that you might not want to hang up in your customers face or curse them out. This was horrible customer service and they have lost someone who could have become a customer if they had simply been kind and respectful.
