Used debit card to order free trial of green tea. Bottle received nothing like bottle advertised. In any event, I was supposed to be charged for shipping and handling only. To my surprise, I was charged $91.99. I called them so they could credit my account since I never authorized anything other than shipping and handling. Furthermore, I have only received the trial bottle of 13 pills with the bottle stating that it's a 14-day trial and instructions are to take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before meals. How can 13 pills even satisfy those instructions. Anyway, I was told that they sent out a package to me on April 12 which it seemed apparent to me that the representative, Carl, was lying. He hesitated when I asked and also what made no sense was the fact that he said when I receive the package, in order to get a refund, I needed to call him with the tracking number. Then they would issue a refund. What sense does that make? Just issue the refund. I have no package. I didn't order anything that costs $91.99. Send the refund. I called them yesterday, Monday, April 14. I don't believe that they sent out anything on April 12, but the most important thing is I never asked them to send anything other than the trial offer. I want $91.99 put back into my account.
