Ordered sample w/charges paid by me for shipping and handling. Received sample product. A few days later a charge appeared on my card for $69.95 and the same day a full bottle came in the mail. There was no enclosure in package with cancel number or return policy - nothing - I opened it because I didn't have a clue what had arrived and I order things on line all the time - this is the first problem I have ever had. I guess I will have to change my card.
