I ordered the Hoodiaphen with a $4.95 free trial and I cannot get them to cancel this. They keep charging my credit card without permission. I followed the instructions for cancellation, but they refuse to help me. They refer you to a website that you are unable to access to be able to cancel. I don't know what else to do except. I am very frustrated and angry. Please can something be done to this company? I will NEVER order another thing without first checking it out.

I got ripped off ordering a trial size and the product didn't work for me-- read terms & conditions before ordering...

Recently we have received an email from you asking for customer support. In the email you requested to cancel orders for Hoodiaphen. To cancel any future shipments there is a cancellation fee of $49.95. The reason we give you the trial for free with a shipping and handling fee is because you agreed to a one-time auto-shipment. If you cancel that you have broke your agreement so we charge 39.95 for the initial bottle and a ten dollar fee on top of that for cancellation bringing it to 49.95. If you are not satisfied with that you may also opt out to purchase 1 bottle at the discounted rate of $79.95 (this is a 60ct) please let us know your decision within 15 days from the ORIGINAL trial order date or your program will continue as agreed upon. I ordered the free sample and paid $4.95 for shipping & handling. Then, I just rec'd a call from my bank notifying me of a few charges on my account - one consisted of $149.95 from usesaveonpills.com which was for a 4 month supply of the hoodiaphen. I did not authorize this charge and I did some research and called them at 888-527-0870 and spoke with a Reggie at ext: 111 who was very rude and obnoxious. He kept saying , did you read the fine print, well when I rec'd the sample there were no papers included and nothing to advise me that they were going to fraudulently take my money. He said that I could return for a fee of 49.95 & a 20% restocking fee - I refused because I want a FULL REFUND - does anyone know how to get a full refund back for fraud charges? Please advise smb.

I also ordered the "trial" version of Hoodiaphen, but when I got it I didn't see any instructions or directions... I looked on line and started seeing all the complaints. YIKES. You can call 888-527-0870 - it took some detective work to find this!
After arguing with the "support" person and she insisted I didn't order from the website i told her, she got real RUDE, REAL fast!
