Hoodie water company just took out $38.95 and $39.95 out of my account on January 1, 20089but it is posted as January 2, 2009 for something I did not order. I don't know what item they took it out for anyway. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING! This company kept my account number and it appears that they are charging me every month for somethng. Please help me with what to do to stop this. My other bills are bouncing from this company's rude interruption. They never answer the phone and no response when I try to contact them. They scam me the first time of over paymennt by having some items already marked that didn't have a reminder notice to uncheck. Please help me somebody. I am dying with these heavy payment coming out of my account. Evetta Partlow
