Inadvertently, i made two reservations for the same dates. One through days inn's site and one through a service that i thought was the days inn. When i contacted days inn to cancel about 20mins after i received two confirmations, i was told that both reservations were NOT able to be cancelled. i was also told that this was indicated on the site. i went back to the site while the hotel employee was on the telephone and there was not anything stating that the reservation could not be cancelled. i was redirected to windham hotels customer service and was redirected to the hotel manager. i was told that the manager was not in and when i asked for someone in charge the same manager came on the phone with a very nasty attitude. She did make an attempt to resolve the issue but i have had to notify my bank due to being charged twice.
