On 1/25/2010 I bought three disney movies. they were advertised as new special additions. the price was just a few dollars cheaper than what I had seen at amazon.com. they advertise 100% customer satisfaction. When I received the dvds they came from Thailand. The movies were clearly illegal copies with the sticker slapped on the top. One was not the movie at all it was a bonus material DVD only. I wrote to the company to complain. The responded saying that they only sell legal DVDs but I could get a refund if I sent them back. But no where do they give an address. so I wrote them three more times to get the address. Then I contacted Paypal. Paypal responded immediately that they could not help. and then horizondvds.com wrote me saying because I contacted paypal they were no longer willing to work with me and never issued me a refund or anything. this is obviously a scam website and I want to get them reported to some one...
